Pathologically diagnosed with pancreatic cancer; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to obtain the patient's imaging and oncological indicator test reports before and after neoadjuvant therapy; 2. Unable to obtain specific data on the patient's chemotherapy cycles and surgical treatment; 3. The interval between the end of the patient's neoadjuvant therapy and surgery is greater than 8 weeks; 4. Unable to obtain the patient's resected pancreatic cancer tissue specimen; 5.
