Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 80 years; 2. Stroke is the first occurrence, and patients are transferred directly to our hospital's rehabilitation department from the neurology department or intensive care unit, with a disease course within 3 months; 3. Education level of junior high school or above; 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score >=18; 5. Patients can communicate simply through speech, writing, or gestures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant limitation in ADL ability caused by diseases other than stroke; 2. Stroke types include subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, or reversible ischemic neurological deficit; 3. Stroke complications (such as cerebral edema, cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy, etc.) occurring within 48 hours of admission.
