Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first-ever stroke (confirmed by CT/MRI within 2 weeks) and stable condition; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe aphasia or communication disorder; 2.Cognitive impairment (AMT score < 7); 3.Severe medical comorbidities with prominent concurrent depressive symptoms, such as malignant tumor and renal failure.
