Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years;2. hip fracture; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient or guardian refuses to participate in this study; 2. Incomplete collection of clinical data; 3. Unable to complete mFI assessment or pulmonary ultrasound scoring.
