Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients classified as ASA physical status I to III, aged between 18 and 65 years, who are scheduled to undergo renal transplantation surgery, along with their living kidney donors;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known or suspected neuromuscular disorders, a history of malignant hyperthermia, pregnancy, or lactation, as well as those who have received preoperative medications that may affect the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of rocuronium (such as aminoglycoside antibiotics, diuretics, antiepileptic drugs, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, etc.).
