Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Clearly diagnosed as ARDS (Berlin definition); 3. PaO2/FIO2 = 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe absence of clinical data (such as lack of baseline data for key biomarkers).
