Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed with DPN; The drugs related to DPN have not been adjusted within three months. SNAP < 6µV or nerve conduction velocity < 42 m/s; Fibular SNAP< 10µV, fibular NLG < 42 m/s, tibial MNAP < 8 mV, tibial MNLG < 40 m/s; No history of acupuncture treatment for peripheral neuropathy; Aged 18 to 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35 kg/m^²; PN not caused by diabetes (such as alcohol abuse, chemotherapy, genetic reasons, chronic inflammation or idiopathic PN, etc.); History of epilepsy Coagulation dysfunction or bleeding accompanied by the use of anticoagulants; There are bacterial infections or other skin diseases in the lower extremities that hinder acupuncture treatment; Lower limb fractures within the last three months; Have received acupuncture treatment within the last three months; I am currently participating in other clinical studies.
