18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA physical status I-II, BMI 18.5-30 kg/m²; 3. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; 4. Normal preoperative cognitive function, with adequate communication and comprehension abilities to complete questionnaires; 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent from both the patient and family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 .Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or psychiatric disorders; 2. Patients with hepatic or renal diseases, coagulation dysfunction, history of alcohol or substance abuse, or chronic pain; 3. Patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block, or elevated intracranial pressure; 4. Allergy to any medication used in the trial; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, or women during menstruation.
