18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–65 years, consistent with the eligible age range for international bariatric and metabolic surgery; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m², or BMI >= 30 kg/m² complicated with at least one obesity-related metabolic disease (e.g., Type 2 diabetes mellitus [T2DM], hypertension, dyslipidemia, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome [OSAS], etc.); 3.Evaluated and confirmed to meet the surgical indications for Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy (LSG), and scheduled to undergo elective LSG in our hospital; 4. Preoperative imaging examination (e.g., abdominal ultrasound) or other clinical assessments suggesting the presence of moderate to severe fatty liver disease; 5. No surgical contraindications, and deemed able to tolerate surgery after evaluation by the anesthesiology department; 6. Subjects and their family members are fully informed, have signed the written informed consent form (ICF), and voluntarily agree to undergo intraoperative anterograde sampling and follow-up observations; 7. Able to understand and comply with the research protocol, and willing to accept follow-up and data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years, failing to meet the indications for international bariatric and metabolic surgery; 2. BMI 20 g/day and males > 30 g/day). 10. Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researchers.
