Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Patients with or without a history of cholecystectomy (including open or laparoscopic).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastric, esophageal, or duodenal procedures; 2. Preoperatively indwelling gastric tube; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Mental disorders or impaired consciousness that hinder cooperation with examinations; 6. Inability to obtain clear gastric ultrasound images; 7. Refusal to participate in the trial.
