Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with café-au-lait macules who have achieved clinical pigment clearance (pigment clearance rate = 75%, VAS = 4 points); 2. Age >= 1 month; 3. After fully understanding the treatment plan and risks, the patient or their guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent form, agrees to participate in the trial, and cooperates with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases associated with café-au-lait macules; 2. Patients with active infection, abscess, or ulceration at the treatment site; 3. Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
