Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for RALP, with ASA grade I-III and Mallampati grade 1-2; 2. Preoperative basal IOP < 21 MMHG; 3. Body mass Index (BMI)<30kg/m ²; 4. No history of allergy to anesthetic drugs; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent eye diseases such as glaucoma, ocular hypertension or corneal lesions; 2. History of ophthalmic surgery and ocular trauma within half a year; 3. Systemic diseases interfere with IOP: such as blood pressure > 180/110, diabetes, brain tumors, severe COPD and hyperthyroidism patients; 4. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver or kidney diseases who cannot tolerate surgery or body position; 5. Long-term use of glucocorticoids, beta-blockers, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors and preoperative use of mydriatic drugs.
