Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the results of the liver biopsy pathology, the absence of cirrhosis is confirmed. Subsequently, the diagnosis can be made if any one of the following three criteria is met: (1) The presence of a specific manifestation of portal hypertension; (2) The presence of a specific histological lesion of PSVD; (3) The presence of one non-specific manifestation of portal hypertension and one non-specific histological lesion of PSVD. Since the purpose of liver biopsy is to exclude cirrhosis and detect subtle and unevenly distributed PSVD histological lesions, the length of the biopsy specimen must be >=20 mm and contain >=10 complete portal tracts.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases affecting the hepatic veins (such as Budd-Chiari syndrome); 2. Diseases causing microvascular damage (such as hepatic nodular disease, congenital hepatic fibrosis, or sinusoidal obstruction syndrome); 3. No liver biopsy performed or liver biopsy pathology confirming cirrhosis; 4. No upper abdominal CTA and liver Doppler ultrasound examination.
