Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients completed preoperative examinations, and informed consent was obtained from patients and their family members who signed the informed consent form; 2.General anesthesia was selected as the anesthetic method; 3.Age > 60 years old; 4.Body mass index (BMI): 18.5~29.9 kg/m²; 5.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification Grade I~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with neuropsychological disorders or a recent history of sedative-hypnotic use; 2.Hose with unclear communication ability who are unable to complete scale scoring; 3.Individuals hypersensitive to dexmedetomidine (DEX); 4.Patients with severe bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 5.Those with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 6.Patients with severe hypertension; 7.Individuals with nasal diseases.
