Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Patients with clinically abnormal levels of tumor-specific markers (PSA >4 ng/mL) or suspected malignant lesions based on other examinations (e.g., CT, ultrasound, etc.); 3. Underwent J-difference edited magnetic resonance spectroscopy (JDE-MRS) scanning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgical resection or tumor therapy prior to the JDE-MRS examination; 2. No biopsy or surgical pathology was performed after the JDE-MRS examination; 3. Use of statins for more than one month prior to the JDE-MRS examination; 4. Unavailable or incomplete imaging data or clinical data.
