Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery, aged >=65 years, with a FI score >= 0.25 and ASA classification of II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Severe mental illness, recently taking sedatives or antidepressants; 3. Severe visual and hearing impairment or severe disability without self-care ability; 4. Severe cerebrovascular diseases such as intracranial aneurysms, severe stenosis or occlusion of head and neck arteries, vascular cognitive impairment, history of intracranial hemorrhage or traumatic brain injury with sequelae; 5. Preoperative coma, severe dementia or language impairment, unable to cooperate with the study; 6. Preoperative MMSE score<24 points; 7. Aortic related surgery requiring deep hypothermic circulatory arrest; 8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials or refused to sign informed consent forms.
