Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with first stroke at admission were selected; According to the clinical manifestations and cranial imaging examination, all patients met the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023 and cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019. (2) Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; (3) Age 30-80 years old; (4) Disease duration =20 points, can cooperate with treatment and examination, with good compliance; (7) Consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Critically ill patients, and those with new infarcts or bleeding (2) Patients with important organ failure; (3) Patients with severe cognitive or mental disorders; (4) Patients with contraindications to MRI examination;
