Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-80 years (inclusive); 2.Diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), with pain persisting for =1 month; 3.Availability of complete clinical data; 4.Informed consent was obtained from the subject, who subsequently signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent severe infection. 2.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases; 3.Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders; 4.Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria or have incomplete clinical information.
