18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hypertension, type II diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or coronary heart disease. 2. No restrictions on sex or ethnicity; aged 18 to 70 years. 3. Having at least a primary school education level and able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent psychiatric consultations and currently receiving psychiatric treatment. 2. Patients who are unable to engage in effective communication for any reason. 3. Patients with a history of facial nerve impairment, such as facial paralysis, facial trauma, or facial neuritis. 4. Other severe physical conditions that may affect data collection in this study.
