Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One hundred and ten ASA ?-? patients, aged >=45 yr, undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation in our hospital, were enrolled. The anesthesia duration was >=1 hour. The study has been reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee, and all patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Abnormalities of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation (including unstable ischemic heart disease, arrhythmia, complete bundle branch block; Severe bradycardia (heart rate 30kg/m2 5) Patients and their family members refused anesthesia and could not complete the questionnaire.
