Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years and above who have undergone combined surgery for Stanford Type A aortic dissection and are admitted to the Intensive Care Unit for further treatment; 2. Clear consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative inability to assess mental status; 2. History of psychiatric illness; 3. Death within 48 hours postoperatively; 4. Perioperative neurological complications; 5. Presence of cognitive or communication impairment; 6. Patients undergoing endovascular aortic dissection repair; 7. Those refusing to participate in this study.
