Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was histologically confirmed to have prostate cancer in the initial phase of treatment. 2. At least one and up to five active metastatic lesions were detected through PSMA PET-CT or mpMRI. 3. Following the diagnosis of oligometastatic prostate cancer, the patient received systemic therapy or a combination of systemic therapy and targeted treatment of the metastatic lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was found to have oligometastases through conventional imaging modalities (whole-body bone scan, CT). 2. Accompanied by visceral metastases. 3. Patients with severe data deficiency. 4. Patients who received palliative radiotherapy, which did not encompass all active metastatic lesions.
