Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone total or subtotal thyroidectomy; 2. Postoperative pathology confirmed differentiated thyroid carcinoma, including papillary thyroid carcinoma, follicular thyroid carcinoma, and Hürthle cell carcinoma; 3. Patients who have received at least two courses of 131I therapy after surgery. 4. The criteria for defining iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (RAIR-DTC) refer to the 2015 American Thyroid Association (ATA) guidelines. In the absence of exogenous iodine interference, under TSH stimulation, RAIR-DTC can be defined if any of the following situations occur, indicating that the patient is unlikely to benefit from subsequent ¹³¹I therapy: (1) Metastases show no iodine uptake on the first ¹³¹I whole-body scan; (2) Functional metastases that originally took up iodine gradually lose their ability to uptake iodine; (3) Some metastases take up iodine while others do not; (4) Iodine-avid metastases continue to uptake iodine but still progress after multiple ¹³¹I treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age under 18 years; 2.Preoperative ultrasonographic images are unclear, or complete tumor images cannot be obtained due to the tumor being too large; 3.Pathological diagnosis is unclear; 4. Patient clinical information is incomplete.
