Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years old; 2.Chest CT shows that the diameter of the target nodule is >=5mm and <=10mm, and imaging suggests pre-invasive lesions or early tumors. 3.Be able to understand the research content and sign the informed consent form, and abide by the follow-up requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or inability to tolerate anesthesia/surgery (ASA> grade 3); 3.Combined with active pulmonary infection; 4.Coagulation dysfunction/inability to suspend anticoagulant therapy (platelet count 16 seconds) 5.Previous history of lung surgery or chest radiotherapy; 7.There is evidence of extensive metastatic disease.
