18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of a unilateral brain lesion confirmed by clinical diagnosis or cranial CT/MRI, with an intact skull. 2. White matter lesion severity rated as Fazekas scale 12 months, with stable clinical condition, normal vital signs, and presenting with unilateral motor impairment of the limbs. 5. Availability of complete data in the medical record system, including functional scale assessments and MRI data. Healthy control group 1. Healthy individuals who match other groups in terms of gender, age, education level, etc; 2. No memory loss or intellectual disability, no history of serious heart, brain, or kidney diseases, no history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. No cerebral ischemia, cerebral hemorrhage or other brain damage was observed on T2 weighted images; 4. The subjects themselves or their immediate family members sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe or inadequately controlled systemic diseases (e.g., hypertension, symptomatic heart disease, diabetes, renal disease or renal dysfunction, cancer, etc.); 2. Recurrent acute hemorrhage or infarction; 3. Severe contracture, joint deformity, or significant defect of the upper limb(s) and hand(s); 4. Impairment of vision, hearing, or speech, or other factors that may interfere with cognitive assessment; 5. Diagnosis of severe, untreated neuropsychiatric disorders that preclude normal communication; 6. Contraindications to MRI (including claustrophobia, metallic implants, cochlear implants, etc.), or unwillingness/inability to undergo MRI scanning; 7. Participant or their family requests to withdraw from the trial for personal reasons.
