Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=18 years who undergo coronary angiography or PCI; 2.atients with 30 ml/min/1.73m^2< eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m^2 before surgery, or high-risk patients defined by the multimodal artificial intelligence prediction model for AKI in the peri - cardiovascular surgery period established in Task 2; 3.Patients with stable serum creatinine (change < 0.3 mg/dL) within 48 hours before surgery; 4.Patients who have not received dialysis treatment before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently undergoing maintenance dialysis/kidney transplantation; 2.Used nephrotoxic drugs within 72 hours before angiography; 3.Received other treatments that may affect renal function during the study period.
