Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years; 2. Imaging (CT) indicating pulmonary nodules or pulmonary lesions (radiological features suggestive of pneumonia or pulmonary tuberculosis); 3. Pathological and histological confirmation of benign pulmonary nodule, malignant pulmonary nodule (including lung cancer), pneumonia, or pulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Voluntary provision of written informed consent and agreement to provide biological samples and clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years; 2. Presence of severe acute infection; 3. Presence of other systemic inflammatory diseases; 4. Pregnancy; 5. History of HIV infection; 6. History of primary immunodeficiency; 7. Diagnosis of lymphoma or other diseases similar to ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV); 8. Severe psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression, or bipolar disorder; 9. Inability to cooperate with sample collection or follow-up for any other reason.
