Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The results of gastroscopy or postoperative pathology confirmed it as gastric adenocarcinoma. 2. Before treatment, the patient's serum AFP was > (20ng/ml or the upper limit of normal), and/or postoperative pathological immunohistochemical AFP of the primary lesion of gastric tumor was + 3. There are no other serious comorbidities that affect survival, such as severe heart, brain and lung diseases, liver and kidney failure, etc. 4. There are no concurrent primary tumors 5. Have follow-up contact information and complete clinicopathological data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological types include differentiation patterns other than adenocarcinoma. 2.Coexistence of malignant tumors in other organs. 3.History of liver diseases such as acute or chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, etc. 4.Significantly missing follow-up or clinicopathological data.
