50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50–80 years, gender unrestricted; 2. ASA classification II or III, New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II or III, left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) >40%; 3. All patients meet the World Health Organisation (WHO) diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure and arrhythmia, severe hypertension; 2. Electrolyte imbalance, infections, and endocrine disorders; 3. Patients on long-term medication with diazepam, opioids, or drugs affecting autonomic nervous system function.
