Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 70 years, inclusive, regardless of sex 2.Having undergone gastroduodenal reconstruction surgery (Billroth II or Roux-en-Y procedure) at least six months prior 3.Experiencing a weight loss of >5% compared to the post-operative baseline weight (6 months after surgery) over the past six months without intentional dieting, or for patients with a baseline BMI 2% over the past six months 4.An NRS2002 score of >=3 points 5.Failure to respond to conventional nutritional support therapy for >=2 months 6.Ability to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Expected survival of less than 3 months 2.Edema or ascites resulting from malnutrition 3.Albumin level 2 mg/dL or 177 µmol/L) or abnormal liver function (ALT > 2× upper limit of normal) 13.moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 14.severe hypertension or history of cerebrovascular accident 15.congestive heart failure or unstable angina 16.Patients with food allergies
