Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nulliparous women aged between 18 and 40 years; 2.Singleton pregnancy, gestational age over 37 weeks; 3.No pregnancy complications (such as gestational hypertension, diabetes, etc.); 4.No history of drug allergies or contraindications; 5.Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have neurological diseases or mental disorders; 2.Multiparous women and multiple pregnancies; 3.Contraindications for epidural anesthesia (such as coagulopathy, infection, etc.); 4.History of opioid or dexmedetomidine abuse; 5.Patients with height less than 145 or BMI greater than 35; 6.Those unable to cooperate in completing the research procedure;
