Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3.Pathologically diagnosed as digestive system tumors; 4. Clear consciousness, without communication disorders; 5.Willing to undergo follow-up and having a survival period longer than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. mPG-SGA < 2 or NRS 2002 < 3; 2. AIDS; 3. Organ transplant recipients; 4. Pregnant women or new mothers; 5. Participants concurrently enrolled in other clinical intervention studies; 6. Individuals lacking self-care capacity; 7. Patients unable to exercise during the perioperative period; 8. Severe comorbidities, such as uncontrolled heart disease or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.
