18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-70 years old, BMI 18-28 ?/m^2; 2.ASA grade I ~ III; 3.Proposed unilateral knee arthroscopic surgery; 4.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, disease duration >=1 year, and no manifestations of diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 5.Cardiac function grades 1 to 3; 6.Patients who agree to receive postoperative analgesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are contraindications for nerve block (infection at the puncture site, sepsis, drug allergy); 2.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 3.accompanied by definite mental illness, abnormal cognitive function can not cooperate with the evaluator; 4.Alcohol addicts, opioid addicts.
