Interventions

Trial group:The training programs consist of conventional visual training and specialized sports visual training. A total of 24 basketball players from Guangzhou Sport University, who meet the vision
Control group:Do not participate in sports vision training
watch NBA game videos three times a week, about 30 minutes each time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College basketball players at Guangzhou Sport University, aged 18–25, with a BMI of 18.5 to 25; 2. Sports level: Level 2 basketball players, right-handed dominant; 3. Normal vision or corrected vision, no color blindness. 4. Regular exercise habits; 5. Have read and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experiencing visual fatigue, irregular sleep patterns, or other conditions affecting exercise in the past month or currently; 2. Having cognitive impairments that prevent participation in the trial; 3. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis or other diseases that could interfere with the intervention protocol; 4. Unable to complete this intervention program.
