Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with lung cancer, lung mass, or pulmonary ground-glass nodule and have surgical indications 2.Elderly patients aged 60-85 3. Lung function meets surgical conditions after evaluation by a clinician 4.Treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmentectomy 5.Voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of pulmonary complications before surgery 2.Presence of other severe physical diseases, intolerant to training 3.Severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments preventing normal communication
