Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients > 10 years old with scoliosis who underwent lumbar long-segment spinal fusion surgery under general anesthesia. 2.Fasting >= 8 h and drinking >=2 h before surgery; 3.ASA grades are I to III. 4.Pass an ethical review and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recent or previous gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and/or central nervous system diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness or severe audio-visual dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the study; 2.Patients with simple thoracic scoliosis with higher parietal spine (including those undergoing selective thoracic spinal fusion); 3.Those who have serious adverse events, complications or special physiological changes should not continue to undergo the test. 4.Patient compliance was poor, and follow-up studies could not be completed after evaluation by the investigators.
