Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis was established according to the criteria outlined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Acute Pancreatitis (2014), while the diagnosis of the pattern of blood stasis and toxin intermingling was based on the criteria specified in the Expert Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine (2017). 2.aged 18-65 years; 3.Time from onset to treatment is less than 48 hours; the individual is willing to participate and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.lactating or pregnant women; 2.Patients with necrotizing pancreatitis, organ failure, or communication; 3.patients with severe organ failure, malignancy, or other severe systemic diseases; 4.patients with other pancreatic abscesses; or those with conditions such as severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, immune system disorders, endotoxemia, etc. 5.patients requiring emergency surgical intervention; or those complicated with digestive tract hemorrhage, complete intestinal obstruction, or biliary obstruction.
