Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria outlined in the COPD Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2.Age>= 18 years; 3. Possesses a smartphone and is proficient in using WeChat; 4.Provides informed consent and voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent severe pulmonary diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumothorax, or lung cancer; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, cerebral, hepatic, or renal diseases; 3. Patients with concurrent neurological or psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with severe hearing or speech impairments.
