Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.Preoperative X-ray, CT, and MRI examinations showed thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures; 3.Preoperative bone density examination confirmed the presence of osteoporosis; 4.Single segment vertebral body lesions and treatment with PVP or PKP surgery; 5.Follow up for at least 1 year after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures caused by tuberculosis, tumors, etc; 2.Vertebral compression exceeding 75%; 3.Accompanied by vertebral posterior wall fracture protruding into the spinal canal, spinal nerve injury, posterior column injury, pedicle fracture and displacement, etc; 4.Previous history of thoracolumbar spine surgery; 5.The follow-up data is incomplete.
