Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were hospitalized obese schizophrenia patients aged 15-60 years, with a BMI of >=30kg/m^2, a stable weight (+/-5%) for 6 weeks, meeting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia, who were in stable condition (PANSS total score <= 60 points), and were able to complete the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head injury or epilepsy/seizures; 2. pacemakers, in vivo metal implants, and other contraindications to fMRI or rTMS; 3. Use of weight loss drugs or very low-calorie diet, pregnancy or lactation, eating disorders, or substance dependence within the past year; 4. Unstable cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction or stroke within the last 1 year, heart failure, acute limb ischemia, severe peripheral arterial occlusive disease); 5. other potential causes of obesity (hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hypogonadism, insulinoma) documented in the medical history or physical examination; 6. Those who are currently using cochlear implants.
