18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 70 years; 2.Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m^²; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III; 4.Scheduled to undergo elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lung surgery requiring left-sided video double-lumen tube (VDLT) intubation; 5.Mallampati airway classification grade I–III; 6.No significant oral or dental injury; 7.Absence of severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac insufficiency or severe ventilatory dysfunction; 2.Known or suspected difficult airway (e.g., limited mouth opening, restricted neck mobility, obesity); 3.Tracheal malformation, central airway stenosis or tumor, or tracheoesophageal fistula; 4.Planned left pneumonectomy or presence of left main bronchial pathology (e.g., mass lesion); 5.Emergency surgery.
