Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to undergo gastroscopy; 2. Discontinue anticoagulant medications one week prior to endoscopy; 3. Voluntarily participate and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of EGD; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Allergic to streptokinase or simethicone; 4. Patients with impaired function of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, and kidneys, or those who cannot tolerate endoscopy and anesthesia; 5. Liver cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric varices; 6. Active gastrointestinal bleeding; 7. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 8. Severe gastric retention; 9. Patients who are unable to cooperate with seated exercises and massage techniques.
