Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Investigation on the Status and Influencing Factors of Cancer-Related Fatigue in Children with Acute Leukemia 1. Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Diagnosed with acute leukemia confirmed by bone marrow report; (2) Age 2–18 years; (3) Hospitalized this time for chemotherapy; (4) Fully conscious and able to communicate normally; (5) Informed consent, voluntary participation. 2. Inclusion criteria for primary caregivers: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) Daily caregiving duration>=8 hours; (3) Ability to communicate; (4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study. Empirical Study on the Management and Intervention of Cancer-Related Fatigue in Children with Acute Leukemia 1. Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Age 2–18 years; (2) Diagnosed with acute leukemia confirmed by bone marrow report; (3) Possess normal cognitive, comprehension, and language abilities of children of the same age, able to perform instructed actions; (4) Informed consent from the child's guardian. 2. Inclusion criteria for primary caregivers: (1) Age >=18 years; (2) Daily caregiving duration >=8 hours; (3) Ability to communicate; (4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Investigation on the Status and Influencing Factors of Cancer-Related Fatigue in Children with Acute Leukemia 1. Exclusion criteria for children: (1) Complicated with other serious diseases; (2) Critically ill and unable to complete the survey; (3) Children who have received radiotherapy, surgery, stem cell transplantation, or other treatments within the past 3 months. 2. Exclusion criteria for primary caregivers: (1) Having serious physical or mental illnesses. Empirical Study on the Management Intervention of Cancer-Related Fatigue in Children with Acute Leukemia 1. Exclusion criteria for children: (1) Complicated with other serious diseases; (2) Critically ill and unable to complete the intervention; (3) Children who have received radiotherapy, surgery, stem cell transplantation, or other treatments within the past 3 months. 2.
