Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age is between 18 years and 60 years (inclusive); 2.Patients who met the clinical diagnostic criteria for renal cell carcinoma and were confirmed: According to the Chinese guidelines for urological diagnosis, those diagnosed by a specialized urological oncologist and who underwent partial nephrectomy; 3.Patients who have undergone partial nephrectomy through laparoscopic or open surgery and whose conditions are stable; 4.The patient has no obvious cognitive or language impairments and is able to independently complete or complete the questionnaire survey required for the study with the help of a caregiver; 5.Gives informed consent regarding the research content and purpose, voluntarily participates in the research and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been readmitted for treatment due to kidney cancer; 2.Patients who are unable to communicate through language or writing; 3.Patients who underwent other surgeries at the same time; 4.Patients with primary malignant tumors in other organs or systems; 5.Combine severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 6.Those who quit halfway.
