Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Elderly people who have established health management records at the community health service center; 3. Normal cognitive function, clear consciousness, able to understand and follow simple instructions and answer questions correctly; 4. Informed consent, willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe physical diseases or disabilities involving the heart, liver, kidneys, etc., resulting in inability to care for oneself; 2. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment, dementia, or mental illness; 3. Individuals currently participating in other intervention studies; 4. Individuals who withdraw from this study midway.
