Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Functional constipation was diagnosed according to the Rome IV diagnostic criteria, and slow colonic transit (>48h) was confirmed by colonic transit test , which was ineffective after at least 4 weeks of comprehensive treatment with laxative drugs, promoting intestinal motility and adjusting diet routine; 2.Age>=60 years old, regardless of gender; 3.No contraindications to WMT were found; 4.Understand the whole process of the study, voluntarily participate in and sign the letter of intent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe organic diseases of digestive tract, such as tumor, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcer, etc; 2.Severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 3.Patients who have used antibiotics, probiotics and laxatives (outside the experimental regulations) in recent 1 month; 4.Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with treatment; 5.Patients with irritable bowel syndrome; 6.A history of abdominal surgery.
