Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part One: (1) Patients clinically diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis through clinical symptom analysis, physical examination, X-ray and other auxiliary means; (2) Patients who underwent TKA for the first time during hospitalization (before and after the operation) or within 12 months of outpatient follow-up; (3) Age =18 years old; (4) The patient is conscious, has normal comprehension and communication skills, and can cooperate actively. (5) Patients who gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in the interview. Part Two: (1) Patients clinically diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis through clinical symptom analysis, physical examination and X-ray and other auxiliary means; (2) Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for the first time; (3) Patients aged 18 years or older; (4) Patients with clear consciousness and normal understanding and communication abilities; (5) Patients who voluntarily signed the informed consent form to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part One: (1) Patients with unconsciousness and language communication disorders; (2) Patients who do not agree to participate in the interview. Part Two: (1) Patients with other types of knee arthritis; (2) Patients who did not accept follow-up scoring; (3) Patients who developed other serious diseases during the follow-up process.
