Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study intends to enroll patients aged 10–15 years who receive rehabilitation treatment at the project implementation sites and are diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis, with treatment occurring between January 2026 and December 2027. 1. Cobb angle of spinal curvature > 10°. 2. Duration of treatment intervention > 1 year, with a follow-up period exceeding 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to cooperate with or complete the designated study requirements during participation; 2. Development of comorbid conditions during the study requiring discontinuation of scoliosis treatment;
