Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years old or above; 2.Diagnosed as cerebral infarction by MRI or CT examination; 3.Within 6 months of the onset of the disease, the stage is classified as the non-post-lesion stage; 4.Upper limb muscle strength is <= 4 grade, and there is upper limb motor dysfunction or inability to perform fine movements with the fingers; 5.The patient is conscious, with the condition basically stable, with intact orientation, and no obvious memory impairment or intellectual disability; 6.Non-surgical treatment is basically the same as the clinical medication, and both involve rehabilitation therapy; 7.Clarify the experimental content and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Due to congenital reasons, fractures and injuries, or sequelae of previous diseases, resulting in movement disorders; 2.Cerebral infarction was caused by tumors, trauma, blood diseases, etc. 3.Severe failure of systems such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, or for cancer patients; 4.Patients with unstable conditions; 5.There is a disturbance of consciousness, or obvious cognitive impairment; 6.Patients with epilepsy, or those who are taking medications that affect brain electrical signals, such as antiepileptic drugs and benzodiazepines, etc. 7.Those with poor compliance and unable to complete the trial;
