Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Meets the "Chinese Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria (2016 edition)", disease course =5 years; 2 Underwent Medtronic perceptible directional electrode (model 3389/3391) DBS surgery (targeting STN or GPi); 3 Preoperative completion of functional MRI, near-infrared brain functional imaging, and LFP detection, with complete data; 4 Aged 40-75, clear consciousness, able to cooperate with follow-up assessments; 5 Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of contraindications for MRI examination (such as metal implants, claustrophobia); 2 Coexisting other neurological diseases (such as cerebrovascular disease, dementia); 3 Severe postoperative complications (such as intracranial hemorrhage, infection) requiring termination of treatment; 4 Expected poor follow-up compliance (such as remote residence, serious underlying diseases).
